Human-centered Design is an approach that puts people at the center of the design or problem-solving process. It is rooted in the belief that you should truly understand the people who experience a problem before you design a solution to serve them.

Hi, I'm Dr. Janel Bongiorno Field
I'm a leadership, learning, and personal development expert. Through my experience as an organizational development practitioner, I have acquired deep knowledge in personal and executive coaching, talent development, change management, and workforce strategy.
Early in my career, I had the privilege of being a high school English teacher, and my innate desire to empower people through learning and self-discovery led me to pursue advanced degrees. I have Bachelors degrees in English and Education, and a Masters degree and Doctorate in Organizational Leadership. I am currently enjoying a fulfilling career as a leader in human resources and program/project development In addition, I have the opportunity to serve as a consultant and personal and executive coach.
I have a successful track record of leading organizations to increased employee engagement, developing and implementing effective workforce planning strategies, and generating solutions to complex problems within highly dynamic organizational structures. I have helped individuals gain clarity and focus, improve performance, optimize productivity, and achieve their goals.
My most cherished position in life is being the mother to three amazing young adults.
